Terms & Conditions
Event terms and conditions
With the exception of the NABERSNZ Assessor training programme, if you are not able to attend the event you have registered for, a substitute delegate may take your place.
Refunds or transfers to an alternative date can only be given in the event of you giving us at least 5 business days' notice before the date of the event. Course materials, venue hire, refreshments etc are paid for in advance of the event, therefore there can be no exceptions to this rule.
If you wish to cancel your registration a full refund will be given provided you have notified us in writing (by email, letter or fax) at least 5 working days before the start of the event. If less than five business days’ notice of cancellation or transference is given then we regret that a refund cannot be given. Refunds will not be given in any other circumstances except as required by law.
The NZGBC reserves the right to cancel any event if minimum numbers are not reached. Similarly, the NZGBC reserves the right to change the venue of an event.
