In-house Training for Members

One of the benefits of membership of the New Zealand Green Building Council (NZGBC) is access to in-house versions of our highly popular training courses. If your company is a member of the NZGBC and needs to equip staff, clients, or whole project teams with a solid knowledge of green building practices and how to apply our rating tools to building projects, then in-house training is the most cost and time effective solution.

Benefits of In-house Training

In-house training is one of the most valuable benefits of membership, as it offers access to the same high quality programmes available to the public, but with the following additional advantages:

  • Train a large number of staff at the same time
  • Invite key clients, suppliers and contractors who work with your company
  • Run the course at a time and location convenient for your organisation
  • Enjoy the economic per person cost of in-house training.

The 'whole team' approach of in-house training is a key factor in ensuring that your team understands each person's role in achieving a targeted green building rating, and helps your company to more easily achieve your goals. 

A minimum number of eight participants is usually required for a full-day course, but we are flexible and keen to work with you. However, it is important you make a booking and pay for your in-house training a minimum of four weeks in advance.
