<p><span style="font-size: small;">Numbered tickets or receipts (if different to those automatically generated upon payment) will be sent by email no later than five business days before the event. If posted tickets are required, please contact the NZGBC support team to advise them of this requirement no later than 10 business days before the event.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Refunds</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">If you are no longer able to attend the event you have registered for, a substitute delegate may take your place. However, if you wish to cancel your registration a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be given provided you have notified us in writing (by email, letter or fax) at least 5 working days before the start of the event. If less than five business days’ notice of cancellation or transference is given then we regret that a refund cannot be given. Refunds will not be given in any other circumstances except as required by law.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">Please note that the NZGBC reserves the right to cancel an event if minimum numbers are not reached. Similarly, the NZGBC reserves the right to change the venue of an event.</span></p>

There may be a current conversion fee charged by your card issuer. Credit card payments are processed through PayPal and National Bank.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: small;">Numbered tickets or receipts (if different to those automatically generated upon payment) will be sent by email no later than five business days before the event. If posted tickets are required, please contact the NZGBC support team to advise them of this requirement no later than 10 business days before the event.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;"><strong>Refunds</strong></span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">If you are no longer able to attend the event you have registered for, a substitute delegate may take your place. However, if you wish to cancel your registration a full refund, minus a $50 administrative fee, will be given provided you have notified us in writing (by email, letter or fax) at least 5 working days before the start of the event. If less than five business days’ notice of cancellation or transference is given then we regret that a refund cannot be given. Refunds will not be given in any other circumstances except as required by law.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: small;">Please note that the NZGBC reserves the right to cancel an event if minimum numbers are not reached. Similarly, the NZGBC reserves the right to change the venue of an event.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-size: small;">We do not store credit card information on our website or in our database. Your credit card details have the security offered by PayPal using industry-standard 128-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology. This prevents information from being intercepted and protects your credit card number when we store your order. Credit card details are sent directly to the bank via PayPal for processing.
