A panel discussion on the existing building stock here in Aotearoa and what this means for our cities.
About this Event
Haere mai, join us for our latest NZGBC Future Thinkers panel discussion: Retrofitting existing building stock.
15% of Aotearoa's greenhouse gas emissions come from homes and buildings. With of the majority of our existing buildings performing poorly, how we retrofit our homes and offices to get them up to spec and ensure we hit our climate targets?
This is a great chance to hear from some key property owners and stakeholders about the current stat of our buildings, what's being done to improve performance, and to hear from Future Cities Research Hub on their research on retrofitting. Our full panelist lineup will be released shortly
This is an opportunity for our Future Thinkers to hear about what we can do next in our cities, ask questions, and learn together.
NZGBC Future Thinkers is a young professionals and students group, connecting people in the building industry who have an interest in a sustainable future for our urban environments. Check out our website for information on joining.
