A super summit and a significant step for healthy homes

Just hours after hundreds of influential New Zealanders had gathered together to pack out the Aotea Centre in the heart of our biggest city for the Green Property Summit, a couple of dozen people, including me and some of the team from NZGBC Towers, were tucking into muesli and frittata in a Home Star rated apartment in Takapuna. The new Green Star

NZGBC is now able to rate all types of buildings. Green Star Design & As Built NZ is designed for any typology and will supersede the need for Green Star Custom tools. Last registrations under V3 are 31 October 2019. If you are a GSAP or Green Star Practitioner join us for refresher training on 24 May, register here.
