Government commits to NABERSNZ

From 1 January 2021, NABERSNZ will be compulsory for all Government agencies who occupy single-tenant, co-tenanted, or co-located government offices. AND the ratings must be disclosed. Image by McKee Fehl.

Summer break at NZGBC and 2020 project submission deadlines 

The NZGBC office will be closed 23 December  - 11 January. 

Here's a reminder of the project submission deadlines for 2020. 

Homestar -  1 December 2020 for return by 23 December. Expect submissions made 1 to 23 December to be returned by the end January 2021.

Green Star - submissions by 13 November for processing by 23 December.

NABERSNZ - submissions by 20 November, to allow payment of certification fee in the next pay run.
