We've updated our rules

NABERSNZ version 1.2 makes concepts clearer and the rules document easier to read. In addition to the refresh, there's further clarity and guidance in dealing with areas such as activity-based working, computer server rooms, electric vehicle charging, and consumption from non-utility meters.
