General Manager, New Zealand
Adrienne joined ISCA in June 2020 as General Manager, New Zealand. She is a lawyer by training, a Solicitor of the High Court and a Member of the Institute of Directors. She has worked as an executive and adviser for over 20 years in the waste, building products, construction & infrastructure industries and also in a public sector water utility - working for Downers, Fletchers, Carter Holt Harvey, Watercare & Waste Management and within her own consulting practice Cupola which she founded in 2018. As well as her executive roles she is involved in a number of governance and voluntary roles. She was recently appointed as a member of MBIE’s Building Advisory Panel, is one of the founding members of Infrastructure NZ’s WIN Advisory Board and has been a trustee of Diversity Works (the old EEO Trust) for nearly three years (she stepped in as Interim CE for six months recently also). Other voluntary endeavours over the years have included working on the #BuildAKL campaign, being a challenge author and mentor on GHD's Smart Seeds campaign, and speaking, facilitating and mentoring others. She is passionate about making sure all the voices are heard operationally and when designing solutions ensuring that we achieve better outcomes for all.
