84 Willis Street, Wellington
A complete refurbishment to a high modern standard and seismic upgrade to this existing heritage building. The redevelopment includes an extension to Level 4, which will be re-roofed. New low-e glazing will be used throughout with the inclusion of the conversion of a north light well to an enclosed atrium.
The upper levels of the building will have an integrated fit-out for IT company, Intergen. The design includes a small number of car park spaces and bike parks on Level 1 with all the remaining area on Levels 1,2,3 & 4 devoted to office space. The ground floor is an mixed retail and hospitality area with external courtyard area accessed from a newly created pedestrian access from Willis Street.
