Sylvia Park Tower 2 - Office building


A circa 17-story office and hotel complex is to be constructed on the site of an existing open-air car park. The ground floor will respond to the surrounding retail environment providing new retail spaces and an outdoor retail promenade along the road frontage. An office lobby, hotel entry and discrete servicing for the building, including a loading bay will also be located on the ground floor. The building is proposed to accommodate circa 8 levels of office spaces, including a co-working space.

The building is proposed to accommodate circa 8 levels of office spaces, including a co-working space. A proposed elevated hotel sky lobby will be located above the office floors providing a hotel reception, breakfast bar, terrace, administration and housekeeping. Hotel rooms will occupy the top circa 6 levels.
