Auckland Cluster Drinks

This is a special Cluster event for Architecture Week on Tuesday 20 September

Find out from Context Architects how they transformed five sad, drab and leaky 1980's town houses into ultra modern high-performance eco-homes that sold for up to $1.61 million at The Block NZ auction.

Hear from Architect, Scott Cracknell, and Sustainability Consultant, Alan Haywood about their experiences at Meadowbank and how you can make your home warmer and healthier. What does a Homestar rating actually mean?

This FREE Cluster event is a PrefabNZ hub for collaboration in the built environment - a collaborative event for members of PrefabNZ, New Zealand Green Building Council, New Zealand Institute of Architects, The Designers Institute of New Zealand, Architectural Designers New Zealand and Institution of Professional Engineers NZ. It is also free and open to members of the public so bring your friends and family!

- Scott Cracknell, Context Architects - Architect for the Meadowbank homes
- Alan Haywood, Context Architects - Sustainability Consultant

Please join us for a drink afterwards at Elliott Street Stables, 39 Elliott St (see map)

The Cluster is timed so that you can join another fantastic Architecture Week event at Auckland Art Gallery afterwards - 6pm for Home New Zealand Talk - Small Homes and Medium-Density Living
